In addition to the wonderful news that I am soon to be a father, I have FINALLY got myself a new lens! I have got myself a Sigma 18-50mm f2.8 lens and very nice it is too. I have also purchased and installed Photoshop Elements 7 as I feel it is time to move on to shooting in RAW format, so expect to see some of the results soon... Continue reading ...

Baby news
Well, in case you aren't aware, my wife and I having a baby!! My wife, Maxine, is 11.5 weeks into the pregnancy and this pic is a scan we had done this week! The baby is due in October :)

A bit of good news: an online company,musicpictures.com, part of Redferns Music Photography, have agreed to represent my live music shots on their site! This could potentially be very lucrative, as people will now be able to buy digital versions of my photos from Music Pictures to use editorially, in advertisements or anything really!
In other news, sometime in the next few weeks I should be buying my lens, which is a Tamron 17-50mm f2.8 and I cannot wait to try it out at some live gigs a....
